Marketing Text The project deals with the improvement of vocational training in schools with immigrants in Austria, Greece and Italy by implementation of a Quality Management System.
The aim of the project is to meet the learning needs and integration problems of immigrant students with the different European school capacity to face these socio-cultural problems.
The proposal intends to experiment an innovative approach and a method for managing foreign students, based on the principles and the values of Quality.
The intervention starts from the cultural diversity of the students and the school so as to define a system of school management which faces the socio-cultural problems.
Sharing this innovative model with the trainers and all the other parts involved ( managers and administrative personnel of the schools , policy makers, social parts and national pupils) is a basic and preparatory phase to the project implementation, which will be mainly realized through the use of the ICT tools (web site, learning platform with laboratories, virtual communities and forums).
Furthermore, the project aims at carrying out an experience and results exchange among schools of the Countries project partners to improve the implemented model. It will be necessary to test the model in order to confirm its validity and efficacy within the different European contexts.
The target sectors are those of the didactic and “context services” (counselling and educational guidance) addressed to students who are sons of foreign immigrants with problem of learning and social inclusion (they will be probably drop out).
