Marketing Text “Empowerment Experience Cre.n.di.” stemming from the Project Director’s desire and objective, from the ANUP representative and from the professionals who on various levels are involved in the project, giving the opportunity to those involved to speak about their experience gained through the Cre.n.di project.
“Empowerment Experience Cre.ndi.” is an assemblage of personal experiences and feedback from all those who took part in the project, describing their individual experiences in addition to what the project meant to them personally.
Photographs and images of the two-year long project contribute into making the publication a “living” document of the project, paths that were crossed and met together creating Cre.n.di. Personal experiences of those who had used empowerment-oriented approaches and tools.
Beginning with the observations of the Isfor Api General Manager and Project Director, Gabriella Longu plus a brief presentation of the Cre.n.di. model, its origins, implementation in addition to the properties of the model. Followed by the presentation by Ileana Boeru the Romanian Partner Representative from Anup, on the experience attained in Romania. Ending with the personal experiences of all professionals involved. The encounters of those who used and implemented empowerment-oriented methodologies in the two territorially diverse contexts. The emotions of a two-year long working-partnership experience in Italy, Romania and Slovenia.
Target group organisations and private citizens
