Title Training Module
Marketing Text Training module is connected to Model of recruiting and gives base and space to employers and staff members to realize what is diversity and gives concrete tools to handle own attitudes and guide different kind of people.
Project process to use partcipating organizations best practises to improve everyones own process:
1) All the partner organizations started by identifying their own good practices that are worth sharing to the others on theme of diversity, job coaching, employer co-operation, mentoring staff and service users. After identifying these good practices on the organizational level they were first piloted on national level in the internal trainings.
2) The next step was to share the organizational good practices internationally with all the partner organizations. Two international Summer School trainings were organized; the first one in Budapest in June 9-10th 2010 and the second in Tallinn in June 9-10th 2011. As a product of these Summer School trainings, the training modules were developed.
3) After the Summer School trainings, every partner organization got prepared for how to use the training modules. The implementation of results continued on national level by using the training modules in national trainings. Based on the training modules and the shared good practices behind them, every organization developed their own recruiting model.
