Marketing Text On the basis of the local analysis and researches in the partners’ territories, the applicant identified the strategies to take up. The aim has been the developing of a local integrated action plan for the cultural sector.
Partners identifyed those strategies and measures suggested by the local cultural operators that integrated and completed the action plan of the local cultural sector.
The starting point has been the SWOT analysis and the preliminary proposals about the strategic guidelines identified by the partnership.
All the information collected to find useful solutions to develop an effective strategy have been revised to develop a new planning model, taking also into consideration an organisational structure for the implementation of the strategy.
For this aim, the active involvement of operators and local creative industries has been essential, following the principle that culture has to contribute to the social cohesion and to the local economic growth.

- Administratives, officials, institutions, public bodies.
- A proposal for a local cultural plan, particularly focused on the sector-based governance;
- A proposal for an integrated cultural training plan.
Area of application
The products aim to contribute to the development of new skills in the culture management, addressing primarily to administrators, who are required to develop cultural local policies, in support of their territories. The products are also addressed to trainers, and in particular, to those people who can contribute to the bottom-up development of these polices, by disseminating the basic concepts and the methodology of the Sigma 3C project.
The products aim also to strengthen the cooperation between institutions and businesses that offer learning opportunities at European level.
