Description The importance of individual experiences of the partners is the possibility given to the player to immerse themselves in the paths actually performed by each including how to solve complicated situations and to settle any doubts that may arise just from reading the work plan. Particularly relevant to help the understanding of the Norwegian model are implemented by partners in various ways to overcome the legal constraints imposed on individual countries in the creation of a true Student Company. The replicability of the initiative goes through this process of understanding.
