Marketing Text Durant beaucoup de temps, des demandes sur des états européens de bien-être pourraient être gardées à l'intérieur des limites maniables parce que le travail et la famille ont fonctionné comme les fontaines principales de production de bien-être. La situation est changée et le secteur de services de soin est une nouvelle fontaine d'emploi pour des travailleurs employés dans des secteurs affectés par la crise financière. Care for Work pointe à l'élaboration d'un Web 2.0; l'instrument sera basé sur le Qualified Care LdV Projet avec le but d'aider des travailleurs et les gens en arrêt à adapter ses capacités au demandes de cet secteur.
For a long time, demands on European welfare states could be kept within manageable limits because work and family functioned as prime sources of welfare production. However, the situation has changed and care services sector is a new employment source for unemployed and workers employed in sectors affected by the financial crisis.
Care for Work aimed at elaborating a Web 2.0 learning environment which was be based on Qualified Care LdV Project resulting tool with the aim of helping workers and unemployed people to adapt their competences to care services sector.
Care for Work learning environment includes information and training on the techniques for caring people with acquired physical disabilities, both as text documents (handbook, information sheets, etc…) and as short training films which could be easily downloaded by the final users showing figures of care techniques and procedures. It combines e-learning and mobile learning providing a flexible training for workers of care services sector. It also allows the direct involvement of the target group that collaborates by adding any information and/or reference materials they consider interesting.
Care for Work counted with the participation of 8 organisations from 5 different EU countries. All the organisations worked together for the successful development of the project and its main results.
Care for Work contributed to the updating of the knowledge of the target users with regards to care assistance competences; to facilitate the labour insertion of workers and unemployed people in care sector; to promote continuous and vocational training among workers and unemployed people; to promote care assistance sector as new employment source and to contribute to answering to the demand of workers of care assistance sector.
Considering the situation described above, Care for Work Project based on, previously approved Qualified Care LdV Project, aimed at elaborating a learning environment based on Web 2.0 which helps workers and unemployed people to adapt their knowledge, skills and abilities to care services sector in order to facilitate their insertion in this new employment source.
In order to achieve this overall aim, the activities of the partnership were addressed to the fulfilment of the following specific objectives:
- To analyse care services sector with a specific focus on the competences of the workers
- To analyse the training tool resulting from Qualified Care project
- To adapt the training contents of Qualified Care to care services for people with acquired disabilities
- To provide specific knowledge on care services for people with acquired disabilities basing on flexible learning methodologies
-- To contribute to increasing and updating the competences of workers and unemployed people on care services for people with acquired disabilities
- To facilitate the labour insertion in care services sector
- To promote continuous and vocational training on care services among workers and unemployed people
- To promote care services sector as a new employment source
- To contribute to matching market needs and the qualification of workers
- To raise awareness on the employment opportunities offered by care services sector
- To promote the intensive use of ICT for learning purposes
Thus, Care for Work project contributed to answering to the recognised need of improving the number and quality of care workers, by analysing the specific competences requested in each partner country and by adapting Qualified Care contents in such a way that allows workers and unemployed people to adjust their specific competences to the requests of care services for people with acquired disabilities.
As a result, the training contents that are available in the Web 2.0 learning environment are really useful for the target group.

Among the products that the partnership developed, it is possible to mention:
- Prototype of the Web 2.0 Learning Environment; aimed at developing the final version of the Web 2.0
-Learning environmnet(EN, IT, ES, BG, PL), which contains the training contents (text and short training films), and contains the adjustment and modifications suggested by the experts and users in the experimental application process.
- Report on competences of workers from care services sector (in English);
- A Guide for the steps to follow for the adaptation of competences to New Employment Sources. The final aim of the guide is to explain how it is possible to adapt the competences of workers and unemployed people to new employment sources in order to match market needs. It is based on the experience of Care for Work project,(EN, IT, ES, BG,PL).
- Project Website that contains information regarding the project, partner organisations, activities, documents, e-mail addresses, etc.
