Marketing Text The EDS project is a brand new on-line training in the field of marketing and sales productivity, innovative in the form of training method (Intranet On-Line Learning on the Job). The outputs of the Intranet application (Key Account Management, Sales Planning etc.) can be adjusted and filled in with the data of concrete SME, i.e. the SMEs can directly implement the results of training into practice. The EDS training is a comprehensive tool covering all 3 tactical levels of sales and marketing management, the top strategic level (Vision, mission and strategy), the tactical level (Key Account management, NIMA/CIMA) and the operative level (Professional sales). The training is primarily focusing on manufacturing sector, where the offer of comprehensive marketing and sales training is limited. The project outcome includes self-assessment surveys to check the students΄ level of knowledge utilizing students as an innovative tool for improvement of learning.
