Marketing Text The project e-Leaning for all – F@do Methodology is focused on transferring an eLearning methodology for disadvantage people aiming at the increase of their knowledge and professionals’ skills and competence in order to increase their employability and capability to move self-sufficient in the labour market. This project intends to promote the equal opportunities in training according to the national rules and standards.
The project E-learning for All – F@DO’s Methodology objectives are:
• To transfer and adapt an innovative elearning methodology for disadvantage people, based on local partnerships and on more attractive and useful empowering learning process to groups in risk helping in the equal access to qualifications and soft skills for employment.
• To create a common guideline for further applications in each country, including special remarks, information and key-factors for the implementation of the F@do methodology in each national context.
• To persuade regional and national policymakers for the advantages of the f@do's methodology involving them in the project’s activities and debates.
The project E-learning for All – F@DO’s Methodology intends to promote the equal opportunities in training according to the national rules and standards. The F@do’s methodology was developed to provide equal right of training in order to increase social and professional skills for employment and ensure the access to Information Society for people who are economically, socially and educationally disadvantage.
The experts in the field of Vocational Education and Training (VET) have been working on narrowing the link between companies and training organisations to develop new soft skills and Knowledge in this target group. Therefore we believe that E-Learning for All - F@do's methodology is a good and innovative solution to promote equal opportunities for disadvantage people by using empowering methodologies and tools for trainers.

Product information The project's product can be use for training of trainer’s professionals who wants develop or tailor an e-leaning training programme for low qualifications or info-excluded citizens. The use of F@do’s methodology allows trainees improve their professional’s knowledge/ skills and increase their employability and self-sufficient capability to move in the labour market.
