Title WINDAIR: Transfer of Training Modules on the quality of Production (Hygien/Treacibility/sanitary) in Food SMEs in Hungaria and Romania
Project Number 2008-1-FR-LEO05-01437
Project Type Transfer of Innovation
The food companies are brought to take into account the requirements for Quality/Hygiène of their customers very sensitized by the subject. (Food Crisis, Pack Hygiene). The economic situation of today is such, that the markets exist only if the customer is persuaded of the QUALITY of his supplier. To answer it, the food companies apply the Standards or are certified.
But there is an important disparity between European countries.
The need is really there and only one solution: To know to apply step HACCP everywhere.
The interest of a consortium of the formation type/Foundation SME/Research/ the Chamber of Commerce is to create a tool for formation adapted perfectly thanks to the intervention of very qualified people on all the axes of the project: bases of Quality, techniques of formation for adults, technological projections in food safety and also future users.
The objective of this project is to create strong European agroalimentary dies by sharing good practices.
Thanks to this project, the tool is now accessible to 7 European countries. This project made work 3 countries together, on the basis of SECUPROD, conceived by the same promoter and coordinator with the assistance of European competences (Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Tchèquie).
This tool, completely adapted to all the small food producers makes it possible to make comprehensible the impact on their level of STANDARDIZATION, of organization, control of the RISKS. Later on, the Small Structures will be competitive, economically viable against large companies. They will ensure the RURAL DEVELOPMENT and in a word, it will be a pride to work in SME.
► RESULTS and IMPACT
WINDAIR is a TOOL for training, with the Practice of Step Quality /HACCP in the Small food Companies (Romanian booklets and CD). Its goal: to transmit the METHOD with practical cases through 2 Modules
1. Methodological module: understand a quality system, its interest and its lawful context.
2. Practical module: Essential part of our tool developing 2 examples of application towards a Quality system within wine and cheese-making exploitations
Our project transfered the result from SECUPROD and used in major part of the financial resources to go towards an appropriation of the tool in these countries.
Consequently, the fixed results as objective are to make benefit from demonstrations a great number of targeted people, and also to use the networks and competences of the partners to gear down the diffusions.
