Marketing Text Windair is a website dealing with the technical implementation of the HACCP in food production companies, and in order to be very useful in the labour situation, two practical cases are studied and explained : Wine and Cheese. Its originality is that this tool had been created with the collaboration of several countries, and competences , like Technical people; reserach personnalities, and teachers. Thus, the tool is unique and with a short explanation of a trainer, you can then use it by your own , when you want, trying to find an answer of the question you need at that time, and so WINDAIR is a friendly tool for affording you to succeed to implement the regulation of the FOOD LAW (Pack Hygiène).
