Marketing Text As INCO II was a transfer of innovation project it was the existing vocational training “Internationalization Consulting” that was transferred into three different countries: Spain, Slovenia and Turkey. This training offered a mixture of learning methodologies and included presence units, e-learning, self-study units and a project work that had to be delivered by the students. The target groups for this training were management consultants and their clients (SMEs), employees in SMEs dealing with internationalisation and graduates of universities.
Summary In the short term the results of the project particularly increased the know-how of consultants to further upgrade their own competencies and the competencies of their clients (SMEs) for their internationalization activities. In the long run added value will occur for the whole European economy, because the competitiveness of enterprises, communities and regions will increase in an international context.
Description The project partnership of InCo II consisted of six partners from five different countries: Austria (two partners), Slovenia, Turkey, Spain and Finland. All of the partners had huge experience in the field of adult VET education. The partnership consisted of old and new EU member states as well as of one pre-accession country.

Product information Specific aims of the project were (1) to update the existing curriculum and to adapt it to the needs of the participating countries (2) to test the adapted curriculum through pilot trainings in three countries (3) to set up a certification board for further dissemination and valorization of the InCo II curriculum.
