Marketing Text The overall aim of the validation is to make visible and value the full range of qualifications and competences held by an individual, irrespective of where these have been acquired. The purpose of this validation may be formative (supporting an ongoing learning process) as well as summative (aiming at certification) for competences and skills recognition in SMEs.

Description Definition of the required organisational skill matrix & key personnel skill profiles (personal dossier; mapping of individual learning needs) for eliminating the learning gaps in the three management levels: strategic level, operational level & content level. It will also include the skill validation methodology performed by external expert organisations which will act as the certification bodies. Also, the validation modules could be used for self assessment of individual informal skill bases.
