Title Definition of Quality Assurance processes and assessment

Product Type others

Marketing Text A report which defines the Quality Assurance for non-formal learning processes for ECH management in SMEs. It will also include the relative indicators for assessing each non-formal process. These indicators will be used as a suitable checklist for the evaluation of the progress of these processes and the effectiveness of non-formal learning.

Description The objective of the report is to define mechanisms for validation of non-formal learning outcomes that are specific to the ECH methodology. The validation of learning outputs of a non-formal ECH management learning process in SMEs will be based on Common EU principles for the identification & validation of non-formal & informal learning and coupled with sustainable practices for skills management in SMEs (i.e., equal access and privacy of individuals; well identified responsibilities and competences of bodies involved, eg. SMEs, training providers, consultants; validation process must be fair, transparent, performed by experts, based on Quality Assurance mechanisms). The national VET standards will play a crucial role in the validation process, joining occupation, education and assessment elements.

Target group All those interested in the MNEMOS project and those interested in Enterprise Cultural Heritage.
