Marketing Text BRIDGE überwindet typische arbeits- und berufspolitische Hürden von Immigranten beim Eintritt in einen europäischen Arbeitsmarkt. Es zeigt Informationslücken und fehlende Leistungsangebote auf und stellt den Berufsberaten, Arbeitsmarktvermittlern und Personalisten privater sowie öffentlicher Stellen nützliche Informationsangebote und Instrumente zur Verbesserung der Situation bereit. BRIDGE unterstützt dabei bei der Integration ausländischer ArbeitnehmerInnen in den heimischen Arbeitsmarkt, ermöglicht gezielte Aus- und Weiterbildung und Effizienz bei der Vermittlung von europäischen Personalressourcen, und leistet Hilfe im effektiven Einsatz ausländischer Arbeitskraft im heimischen Arbeitsmarkt.
The importance of non national workers in the EU job market is an issue clearly accepted and shared by the majority, especially in those fields that EU citizens are no more willing to cover. The future introduction of the 'Blue card' will definitely support a better newcomers allocation.

The project, in the course of the action, will:
Identify failures, lacks and drops our reasons, and analyze services offered at local level to compare those at international level, to detects lacks, good practices and shared solutions. This action will be completed by interviews with Employers and final users of the project products.
Develop a network with interested groups from different Countries, to help define support tools; creation of virtual spaces to facilitate communication and knowledge and information sharing.
Encourage professional training of job placement employees.
Enhance awareness to managers to employ immigrants, by contributing to diffuse the idea of job flexibility and personalized insertion.
Facilitate the diffusion of the tools developed and promote a new attitude towards immigrants job insertion
Impact is foreseen at different level.
- On the staff of the partners and trainers - improved capacities
- On training beneficiaries; improved working skills
- On local level better understanding of immigrants needs
- On a wider level society, associates and policy makers. Through the web, a large number of people are reached
The activities in the project will be:
Creation of local and international network of all interested actors, belonging at the private and public sectors, such as: job placements, professionals that provide support to workers job insertion, CEO and managers of companies that employ or are willing to employ non national workers, workers associations, migrants associations, and so on.
Creation of a virtual discussion place where the actors can discuss and provide information on the services offered to the public, so to exchange best practices and ideas on how the service can be improved and in which capacity the European Dimension can be applied to it.
Analysis of local situations and survey on training needs of the people offering services to non national workers, and cross referencing them with the expectation of the persons that utilize the services (workers and companies)
Creation of innovative training contents based on the real needs of the market
Encourage professional preparation of personnel offering services to the public, by providing on line training in the languages of the partnership
Dissemination of the results and know-how of the project to a large number of possible users and to interested organizations, also through the organization of a International Final conference in Italy.
