Marketing Text The QF2TEACH project will provide different national qualification frameworks and one transnational qualification framework trough conducting an expert-panel research design (Delphi study). The transnational report will provide on the Delphi study the basis for the construction of concepts for national qualification Frameworks for Leaning Facilitators in ACE linked to the EQF. The transnational report synthesizes the national reports that have been produced after the completion of the Delphi study. It will provide the basis for the construction of a concept for a transnational qualification Frameworks for Leaning Facilitators in ACE linked to the EQF. The product provides reference material for further development and research activities f. ex. comparative studies.
Description The transnational report analyses the survey results from a transnational perspective. It includes some background information on trends concerning professionalisation discourses and practices in the participating countries and will discuss the challenges that are involved in the process of gaining consensus at transnational level on core competences. The aim of the transnational report is to provide a basis for the construction of a concept for a transnational qualification framework in terms of transnational expert-workshops.
Target group Learning Facilitators in Adult and Continuing Education (ACE), ACE experts. This product is aimed at experts taking an interest in professionalisation issues in ACE and in particular in the definition of professional core competences of ACE staff.
