Marketing Text The training needs analysis identifies characteristics and driving forces within the creative sector and explores potential synergies between creative industries and conventional businesses. It provides an overview of the competencies needed in conventional companies and the competencies that local-regional business consultants need in order to support companies in incorporating creative competencies and experiences as tools for business and product development.
Description In order for the project partners to develop the best possible training module and supporting tools it was necessary to first map the needs of the business consultants in the field. This analysis paves the way for our work in the project and represents the "scientific" backbone.
