Marketing Text The project was aimed to develop competencies at the training staff for further education of middle site management. That includes both the ability to curriculum work / curriculum development and the ability for action-oriented teaching, learning and testing.
The coalescence of Europe will lead to new ways of mobility, employment but also qualification. Being competitive, especially in the highly mobile construction sector, requires appropriate qualifications, its comparability and transparency among the employees.
Thereby the further training of he middle site management is the central task. That requires the use of highly qualified education staff with great construction site experience. But these experts usually lacking pedagogical and methodological qualifications. Four major goals identified, therefore, the presented project: (1) competence development of the training staff, (2) module development at transnational and national level, (3) module testing / usage and (4) integration in the national trainings systems.
The training staff acquired the aspired competencies by the curricular development for the middle site management and by its implementation in further education courses during the testing period.
The consortium was perfectly matched to the aspired goals. On the one hand, experts in the area of curriculum development and treatment orientation are represented. On the other hand partners are involved, which provide appropriate structures for the adaptation of the know-how and for its implementation in curricula. Social partners, who could afford the substantial support for the implementation in the vocational training systems, would complete the consortium.

The substantial results of the project included two manuals. The first represented a guide with practical advices for implementation of the action-orientation in further training for the construction industry. The second manual refered to country-specific expertise for foreman to gained international competencies in construction technology and national legal regulations.
Parallel to it cross-country curricula for the parts site-organisation a leadership and country specific curricula for the parts construction technology and national legal regulations were developed.
