Description Over the life span of the project detailed English written country reports were created to safe the results. The Country Report I described the modeling of the transition structure between the vocational education and training system and the institution of higher education based on theory. Subsequently, there had been a qualitative empirical study concerning the aspect of “successful transitions” due to Hybridqualifications. This study involved the inspection of the educational policy within the partner countries (based on documents) as well as a survey of the concerned actors, which has taken place in a structural identical order within the partner countries (expert interviews). The results of this empirical study can be found in country report II.
Target group Responsible stakeholders for educational policy, interested parties of academics, politics and education
Result The results presented that there are significant differences between the structure of the vocational education and training system and the realization of Hybridqualifications within the four countries. They operate differently with Hybridqualifications and they obtain a special national status on the agenda of the educational policy.
