Marketing Text No claim to truth or all-encompassing ambition of firsts, this handbook lies in the humble reasoning of transfer of business. Should however understand that the key assumptions upon which the present work, the methodology of those who led, inevitably affect the design and analysis tools and intervention proposed.
Description Handbook for transmission assistent,”gender friendly”, containing a specific modelization of the new teaching and consultancy method (financial model, counselling, tutoring, training).
1. Entrepreneurs who could and would transfer its business, both in the family and non-family entrepreneurs.
2. Possible successors, both for family ties and autonomous choice.
The survey gave some spatial elements in an emerging cross-evident and strongly characterizing firms examined, regardless of the specific issues of women's entrepreneurship and business transfer.
These elements contain their own internal strengths of the business-economic topic that would be shortsighted not show (strong ties to their employers' businesses, strong pride of belonging to local and sectoral, persistence of core values such as memory, continuity, equality and solidarity between generations), but also conceal weaknesses we could not escape (hard to imagine turning points, overcome fear of change as betrayal of family values), especially in a historical moment of global crisis as the present one.
