Title The Productivity Management e-Training Programme
The Productivity Management e-Training Programme includes 5 e-courses in English and Turkish. Online exams and dictionaries and the story of HİTİT Inc. the fictional enterprise used as the case study in the courses are also provided. The audio-visual quality of the e-courses is excellent since the characters, illustrations and animations are exclusively produced. The speech text was edited by native speaker language teachers to give a conversational quality to it and also narrated by a native speaker.
The content of the e-courses are developed exclusively for the Project. The curriculum was developed first, ensuring a consistent content throughout the programme. This is the first time the productivity management cycle is covered in an e-training programme. The content of the e-courses are based on the vast experience of the Project partners in the area of productivity consultancy and training. The information is highly practical, including do’s and dont’s in the implementation.
Description In order to reach the productivity targets, enterprises should manage productivity. They should do productivity measurement and evaluation and implement dedicated plans to improve productivity. Productivity management is cyclic.Productivity Management e-Training Programme includes all steps of the cycle. After providing the student with a conceptual framework about productivity, the programme provides instructions as to the following; how productivity measurement is carried out within an enterprise; how productivity problems are identified; how solutions to problems that have been identified are planned and the way in which two exemplary Productivity Improvement Techniques are applied within the context of this plan.
Target group The objective of the The Productivity Management e-Training Programme is to provide those who were currently employed and seeking to develop their skills further, and graduates of engineering, economics and administrative sciences who had not yet begun their careers, with information about productivity. The Programme is considered to be the initial step to become a specialist in the area of productivity, and also contain the basic information for carrying out productivity improvement activities in enterprises. The content of the e-courses are based on the vast experience of the Project partners in the area of productivity consultancy and training. Therefore the information the information given is highly practical.
