Marketing Text The Project Evaluation plan covered all aspects of the project: project meetings, deliverables, technical and pedagogical aspects of the project and achievement of expected outcomes at a desirable level and acceptable quality.
Project Meetings: The Quality Assurance Team participated in all partner meetings and kept track of any problems that arose in order to find ways to address them. After each meeting the partners were asked to evaluate the meeting, report any problems they faced and suggest ideas for improvement. Moreover, the Quality assurance team in cooperation with the Project Management team made sure the partners had frequent communication.
Deliverables: The Quality assurance team made sure that partners provided drafts of their deliverables at least one month prior to the specified deadline. Once a draft was received all partners needed to review it and send their feedback within a designated timeframe. Finally, the Quality assurance team in cooperation with the Project Manager made sure that all partners met their deadlines and completed their assigned tasks on time.
Technical and pedagogical aspects of the project: Experts from the partner countries were responsible for reviewing both drafts and final deliverables in order to ensure high standards of quality. Curriculum Design experts from all partner countries were involved in the development of the training modules. Moreover, the quality of all material produced for the project was being reviewed and rated by content experts and adapted accordingly.

Area of application The quality assurance secured that the expected results of the project were realistically achievable, the methodology in the implementation of the project was effective and efficient and finally to evaluate any shortcomings or obstacles and reflect to them.
