Marketing Text The ACCES project promotes an innovative methodology to professionnalize the VET actors to the new role of "Professional Development Advisor". By acting with the economic and social networks, the ACCES project brings relevant and adapting answers either for the publics need's than the companies expectation's. The ACCES methodology proposes means and tools making easier the building up of permanent professional paths in terms of access to qualification and/or integration in company.
Summary The ACCES partnership proposes a new shared role of "Professional Development Advisor", present within all organisation and intented for publics. Actually the concept of a career path safeguardj'invites' employees and jobseekers to register showing their professional mobility and their continuing skills development. However access to qualification and to lasting employment is not the same for all the working population, notably those under-qualified employees and long-term jobseekers. For these publics, safeguarding pathways means making the key stages clear, formalise the support process, make in common the VET actor's methods and tools beforehand or in the company itself.
The project aims to :
- give professional the VET actors by developing their practices thanks to a shared support method, within the framework of a joint process ;
- initiate a new role linking with current expectations of the labour market, in particular concerning the deficit of the inadequacy between suggested competences and expected competences by companies ;
- permit to jobseekers and employers to play the main role for the reassuring of their professional pathways ;
- disseminate a Community methodology of accompaniment to the reassuring of transferable pathways for all professional sector and all countries of the EU.
