Marketing Text cooks, teachers of our hotellerie department for adult learners organise a course on world cuisine. They want to visit several countries and learn from local specialists how to prepare dishes and how to select ingredients.In this case, three teachers will go to Sweden and learn all about the Swedish dishes, beverages, ways of serving. Besides working in a school, they will also have some practice in local restaurants. Moreover, they will compare the didactical approach from Sweden and integrate the good points in their working method.
Summary Three teachers of the hotellerie section will go to Sweden to learn about the typical Swedish dishes, beverages, preparations, serving ways, buying ingredients etc... During one week, they will discover the Swedish cuisine in a school and they will also work for some days in a restaurant. With their professional and didactical experiences, they will enrich their courses and share their new knowledge with the colleagues and the learners.
