Title R01 - TES Adapting Process
Product Type procedure for the analysis and prognosis of the vocational training requirement
The document is describing the methodology and is presenting the main results obtained during the analysis of the TES results and products to be transferred:
• The Training Modules which are part of TES;
• TES Technological-Organizational Infrastructure, including the TES Portal and the TES e-Learning Platform.
Regarding the Training Modules, there are first listed the main steps performed for the analysis.
There are listed the modules which the partnership decided to be updated and there is explained why some modules are not going to be transferred or why the development of a module was postponed.
Details are given about how the different Training Modules were assigned to the partners.
It is presented in detail the matrix template used by the partners for specifying the necessary updates related to the training modules and the methodology to be followed for completing the data fields in the template and for giving the necessary explanations about the changes.
There are then listed all the matrixes completed by the partners for the Training Modules to be updated, together with the corresponding explanations.
Regarding the Infrastructure, there are first presented the main components developed during the former TES Project and there are listed the services which were provided by the infrastructure.
It is justified the decision to not adapt but to completely rebuilt the T&T Portal, and from here the decision to redesign and reschedule the activities related to the Portal's development.
There are presented the main components of the Technological Infrastructure:
• The Project's Website, presenting the main data about the project;
• The Intranet, to be used only by the project partners for communication purposes, also after the project's end, for communication on topics related to the management of the technological infrastructure;
• The T&T Portal;
• The T&T e-Learning Platform, in a Moodle implementation on CTANM's servers.
Finally there are presented the specific objectives of the new T&T Portal and the criteria to which the Portal will have to answer for effectively disseminate the project's results.
There is also defined a first list of the sections which are going to form the new T&T Portal.
