Marketing Text Two students spent six weeks of practical training in the Brighton & Hove Montessori School in Brighton, England. During their stay they improved their pedagogical, methodological and intercultural skills as well as their competence in English. In their pedagogical work they focused on scientific phenomena and on how to convey and explain them to children in an adequate and comprehensible way.
Summary The project comprised a six-week-stay of two interns of Edith-Stein-Schule at the Brighton & Hove Montessori School in Brighton, England. The overall aim was to broaden the interns' pedagogical, personal, linguistic and intercultural skills. The project also aimed at enhancing communicative skills as well as the autonomy of the students. As regards content, the bias was on acqiring scientific skills and how to convey and explain them to children of preschool age in an adequate and comprehensible way.
