Marketing Text Increase the conformity of the levels of requirements in FHS between the food businesses in the different countries which constitute the partnership IN_Food Quality.
The present project proposal, named IN_Food Quality aims to be a transfer process of the products, methodologies, practices and know-how achieved within IQA (Innovation For Food Quality) project (initial project - http://www.iqa.com.pt).
IQA is a project developed under the Community Initiative EQUAL, to overcome training needs, and consequently the difficulties in acquiring the Food Hygiene and Safety (FHS) legal requirements, felt by the companies operating in the food sector.
The IN_Food Quality Project, intends to end the lack of technical qualifications inherent to the food sector, as well as the behaviour failures at a motivational and communicational level.
Increase the conformity of the levels of requirements in FHS between the food businesses in the different countries which constitute the partnership IN_Food Quality;
Implement and promote, in these countries, the “Food Safety Stamp” as a territorial reference regarding the conformity of the requirements of FHS;
Make the European consumers aware of the significance of food safety;
IN_Food Quality intends to provide an electronic platform (web-site), with free and easy access, in order to provide informational sources on FHS.

-Companies of the agro-food sector with any dimension that intends to see full conformity of the requirements on FHS recognized;
-Businesses associations that desire to implement a part of the whole IN_Food Quality product;
-The final consumers.
