Summary A goal of this partnership is the compilation and/or exchange over the possibilities of the qualification at the vocational education process taken part one, current trends regarding new and/or country-specific methods, established tools and methods for trainings. Since the authority of the vocational training personnel is decisive for the quality of the vocational education, it concerns a quality thrust in the vocational training for all at the project thus finally took part and, under the multiplicator effect of on-line authority platform, also for all interested participants outside of the partnership, which can be provided.
Description The topic of the partnership is to be worked on from two perspectives: which instruments and methods cause a positive Habitus in relation to (far) a qualification cause and to lifelong learning in the individual institutions for partner admits which forms and methods of the motivation and are proven. Then stand the questions about „which? “and „how? “in the foreground; which qualification components, contents and modules are obtained and like the forms and methods of the authority development thereby application to find. The SAZ will present its concept of the practice components for learning process company and thus the basis for the service out and Weiterbildner as coordinating mechanism. To the SAZ in the partner mechanisms involved own qualification concepts were made similar sketched as well as appropriate operatingeducational experiences. It is planned to isolate by concrete arrangements and concepts of elements of these concepts and experiences and make transferable under active assistance of the developing partner into the concepts of the partner countries. The treatment of this group of topics within Leonardo da Vinci of the partnership program takes place primarily process orientated. The beginning exists in an exchange of experience by work meetings with one partner each. By the participating partners the descriptiveness occupation-educational of the methods and qualification contents are ensured.

Product information The effects of this partnership project will be directly noticeable both for the mechanisms generally and the learning and/or persons employed concerned. At the same time the project exhibits contentwise a potential, which in the framework one would let itself develop and expand possibly following innovative transfer project further. The effects of this partnership project will also to conclusion effectively to carry to come and in the designated mechanisms the far beyond two years of the course of the project be noticeable. The use of co-operation and the advantage opposite variety of the Berufsbildungssyteme Europe and associated diversity of the qualification concepts is appropriate for only national treated subjects and - methods as well as the creation of different learning and work cultures within the European union in that. The different, country-specific implications of the qualification of the training personnel save an enormous potential by practice-proven examples of properly matching, flexible and thus concepts and methods up-to-date. A goal is it at the same time to constitute the particularly valuable and as concepts transferable estimated into the Berufsbildungssyteme of the partners to fit in and finally to co-operation of the transferring and adapting mechanism completely or also in parts transfer it contentwise to the systems of the countries of destination. No obligation exists to take over partner concepts for the cooperating mechanisms. If a partner mechanism recognizes a qualification and/or their methods and modules, which could mean an increase at authority and execution quality in the qualification of the training personnel for it then in a partner concept, both sides will enter more concrete work discussions and a transfer concept cut to the goal mechanism will together compile. The increase in value of the mechanisms involved acquired by this partnership project lies thus in the revaluation of the qualification concepts for the training personnel by the entrance of European methods and concepts. The training forces can be still better enabled by the enrichment of their qualification by aspects of the European partners to react to training-relevant problems and questions adequately and acquire accompanying with it more self-assertion in daily training practice. The increase in value is limited however not to the qualification concepts of the training personnel and their increase at action authority, but reached over the training personnel as the professional training of realizing forces and thus its multiplicator function also the entire system of the vocational formation of a partner country. The vocational training is revalued clearly and experiences competitive edge in relation to the university formation as well as systems of vocational training outside of Europe. This again means also for the training an increase at quality of its training and thus its occupation conclusion and thus also for it completely concrete advantages opposite potential competitors. Such increases of contentwise and methodical kind would not be carry outable with a partnership only negotiated on national basis. In this from the partnership the advantage of this project is to adult European increase in value. Beyond that the project of the demand of the European Union member states carries after practical conversion of the European qualification framework (EQR) its coupling to respective country-specific national qualification systems until 2010 calculation as it a contribution for synchronisation and carries out for mutual evaluation of the occupation-educational qualifications. It wants to suggest discussions more exactly to determine and compare with the requirements of the EQR the different qualification profiles of occupation-educational personnel.
