Marketing Text To promote the e-learning training in support of the labour market inclusion of the refugees and asylum seekers; to increase professional skills of social workers for migrants.
This project reacts to the 2007 opening of the labour market to the asylum seekers, living more than a year in Slovakia and for migrants under complimentary protection.
Till 2007 only the recognized refugees could work and attend trainings of the Labour Office. Thus the social workers are not prepared to meet needs of the target group, shall be trained for job/career counselling and to introduce e-learning job-content Slovak language trainings. A main aim is to promote the e-learning training in support of the labour market inclusion of the refugees, asylum seekers with a year stay and migrants granted complimentary protection.

Product information The project focuses on the transfer of 3 products for the labour inclusion of the refugees and asylum seekers: (1) jobs-oriented language combined with training for tutors on e-learning working with migrants, (2) learning modules for jobseekers advisors/social workers; (3) job-counselling ethnic businesspersons helping the target group to start their own companies, and job-search training programmes;
