Marketing Text This project planned and succeed to learn how to make prisoners a part of economic and social processes.
The present project aims determine succeed samples to execute at Our province by studying Czech Republic and Germany examples to sustain by strengthening social peace and solidarity, resocialisation and rehabilitation of prisoners. Prisoners faced with segregation and non-integration problem are loosing the state of belonging and as a result they are inclining to violence and crime. Works at during/after of imprisonment removes this problem mostly. It is important to observe and execute the good practices of the personnel working on this area in Turkey is important from the perspective of guarantying and sustaining social peace.
Improving quality of life by decreasing differences between individuals is one of the basic missions of Governorships. Integration of prisoners, who is in the disadvantaged groups like women, children, old and handicapped ones, to society adds to develop social peace and solidarity, and return of prisoners to social and economic life as healthy individuals, will serve to life quality improvement works. Learning practices to serve to works for decrease to repeat the crime and acquiring prisoners and ex prisoners back to society by presence of mechanisms like centre of rehabilitation by wooden products. Thus, after the imprisonment, we may perceive them not as threatening but re-gained citizens of society.
Penalty execution dispositions are changing from having deterrence by the aim of limiting freedom, to betterment and rehabilitation at the world and our country. Necessity of cooperation on execution of penalty execution dispositions from the perspective of penalty justice system is appeared with this change. At the period of adaptation to EU, Adaptation and improvement of rehabilitation programs for prisoners is one of the taken issues up at the project of Modernization of Justice and penalty reform that signed by TR Ministry of Justice and EU council. As one of the good practices, depended to this project, anger control Programme was developed, Model practices begun at pilot prisons. At the prisons stage of the project sub-projects named “developing an ideal penalty execution institution management approach”, “creation of an ideal prison architecture”, “educating penalty execution institution personnel”, “supporting observing committees of penalty execution institutions and execution judges.” are established. We believe that we will add some to EU adaptation works at the scope of educating penalty execution institutions’ personnel, with the present mobility activity. Our beneficiaries will examine practices at EU level on the subject of Rehabilitation and resocialisation of Prisoners in Europe, and transfer the information and experience to their institutions, thus they will add to carry their institutions to EU standards. From this perspective, it has become a necessity to examine which practices are being executed at EU member states.
From the perspective of Bartin Governorship this project creates a necessity to increase life quality by decreasing the level of differences among individuals, from the Faculty view point project acts for the necessity on forestry crimes and criminals, the role of forestry on rehabilitation and resocialisation of prisoners. For Bartin administration of justice and Freedom at Inspection and Helping Centre and protection committee the project is expected to add to coverage studies on information, experience, for the new execution system. This study also will help us for future vocational trainings and innovation transfers at our region.
