Marketing Text The project is aimed at reducing obstacles to employee mobility across a “supply chain” to prevent individual unemployment and to increase flexibility and efficiency of a SMEs chain. The project will provide an innovative solution by transferring and integrating a framework aimed at identifying possibilities of resource sharing across logistics/production units (the so called “resource sharing model”) and a framework aimed at reaching superior performance by developing superior individual competences (the “competency model”).
Summary The project realization requires different complementary competencies. The project therefore put together in a tight collaboration a training centre, two universities, a transfer center, a consultancy company, a technology provider, 20 SMEs and a big company. The partnership combine outstanding scientific capabilities, with excellent knowledge of SMEs and with technological competencies. Frameworks adaptation, transfer, experimentation and diffusion are therefore guaranteed.
Description The final impact of the project is the increase of competitiveness of entire value chains as well as a greater working realization of individuals. The final impact is therefore both of economic kind and of social kind.
Sectors Professional, Scientific and Technical Activities
The main outcome of the project is a framework to jointly optimise processes, jobs and competencies to foster employee mobility across companies belonging to the same (eventually international) value chain.
Guides, supports and example to facilitate the application and transfer of the framework are the practical instrument provided to make it working.
