Marketing Text At present times the European countries that use a standard competences certification system only recognize the ones acquired in the formal VET. Therefore the certification of the competences acquired in non formal and informal learning paths needs a specific and innovative system of recognition. In this project was build up a model of certificate of non formal and informal competences for the young leaving the secondary school, model that possess a competences framework (to help its use), a gret flexibility and was the final otuput of many european institutions. Together with the model was elaborated the process that leads to the building of the certicate contents.
Summary Aims of this project is therefore to implement, in the Regione Abruzzo economic system, this certificate as an integrational tool for the companies employment offices in their selection of new personnel, and to therefore introduce a new tool that can facilitate, especially for the young people, the transparency and recognition of qualifications and competences as a way to facilitate personal development, employability and participation in the Labour Market.
Description Specific goals are: 1. to organize the management of the transfer project 2. to acquire a European framework of the actual scenario of the transverse certification processes 3. to promote and to make it use, in the technical and professional Abruzzo school institutes, this certification tool 5. to identify, using the GOPP Laboratory Technique, together with the key actors and decision makers, the best path to introduce this new BU.S.S.O.L.A certification instrument in the system 6. to experiment the use and results of the tool in a certain numbers of Abruzzo companies 7. to validate the tool using the experimentation output data 8. to enroll in the system the certication tool as a process (in the schools) and as a practical tool (in the companies). Expected results are 1. the adoption of the certification model inside the target group 2. the adoption of the personal and vocational skills analysis inside the technical and professional schools in Regione Abruzzo 3. the adoption of the model of certificate of non formal and informal competences in the VET system. The impact we can expect in the economic system is 1. to ameliorate the process of personnel selections giving a better focus on the evaluation and therefore the employ of the selected people using this instrument 2. to give a better orientation to the young people leaving the school system 3. to change and innovate the evaluation process inside the technical schools.
