Marketing Text It is expected that a local government administration worker is very well prepared for his/her duties, regardless of his/her position.
The elaborated general competence profile will enable the creation of adequate trainings programs. It means the description of skills and knowledge necessary in a local government official’s job at various stages of his/her career and the set of psycho-physical characteristics required for a job. Within the framework of the project competence profiles will also be used for the training needs analysis of the recruited beneficiaries.
Competence profiles may serve as guidelines in the process of recruitment in local government administrative institutions and as basis for determining the needs for training the employees.
Proper undertaking of training plans will guarantee greater employee behavior flexibility in new and complex professional situations which will increase work efficiency of the local government offices.
