Marketing Text These guidelines are intended to provide support to those people who are involved in introducing diversity management in small companies with activities of continuous training for directors and managers of human resource departments. In particular, it aims to create and manage actions for promotion on a provincial scale for small enterprises and some of the associated public services.
Description The Guidelines are based on training experiences related to diversity management practiced in the work place between 2009 and 2010 as part of the “Valori” project (Valori: valorising diversity with training, inclusion and job paths). This project has seen the transferral, development and implementation of a product (the training course for Job Facilitation Tutors) first introduced in the Equal project “Coast Revitalization”. This project was carried out along the entire length of the Tuscan coast and developed the skills of people who are involved in the inclusion of disadvantaged people into the labour market on a daily basis. The target comprised experts who were already working in this sector in support of Job Centres and government organisations.
