This article provides a reflection on the outcomes of the Leonardo da Vinci project RPLO from the point of view of Higher Education.
It is particularly important to take account of these reflections when considering the impact of the European Guidelines on the Validation of Non-formal and Informal Learning to the implementation of the Guidelines on the Accreditation of Prior Learning issued by the Quality Assurance Agency of the United Kingdom.
