The project’s objective is to compare and improve either, on domestic and European level, the state of vocational education and trainings as well as developing and supplementing knowledge gained by graduates from vocational schools and technical secondary schools.
There will be designe an innovative program of vocational trainings based on eight selected construction professions for graduates from vocational schools and technical secondary schools and employees who are professionally active and want to increase their skills.
Project’s creators head for the situation, in which the final product has a long-term influence and is exploited successfully in vocational education in the whole territory of the Union. Exploitation of unified pack of vocational trainings in all countries will result in elimination of formal and informal barriers concerning easy-flow of employees and equalize differences in professional qualifications level.
Moreover, the project will increase number of highly-qualified employees whose skills are certified by certificate compliant with ECVET system. Equalization of qualifications between highly and low developed countries will result in effective experiences exchange; simplify identification of different types of problems (in lower developed countries) and implementation of preventive means.
In scope of the project there will be evaluated model of trainings which is possible to be implemented on different national levels and in different units interested in particular trainings. In scope of preparation of didactic materials from range of selected construction jobs there will be prepared course books for tutors. It will enable training of relevant coaching personnel equipped with didactic background and methodological background which is able to train and improve any number of employees.
Conclusions made from executed project can be utilized in order to create new training
solutions as well as to prepare vocational education system reforms on a domestic level.
PROCONSTR project consists of a few stages.
A first stage is identification of differences and shortages in vocational education - European and domestic levels. Every partner will demonstrate prepared by it analysis of situation in its country as well as identification of shortages concerning vocational education.
A second stage is evaluation on the basis of analysis of researches, programs and materials necessary to prepare training modules (eight selected jobs); manuals for tutors, with support provided due to all partners' experiences taking part in the project.
At the third stage of the project training materials will be prepared (audio-visual ones, computer materials, and practical exercises supporting the theory) for trainings’ participants as well as course books for future tutors.
The last – fourth stage of the project will be a check of previous activities in form of running on domestic level of any partner, preliminary vocational trainings for beneficiaries and tutors. Summary of the whole project there will be the final stage of the project that is information dissemination concerning training modules and their promotion on domestic and European level.

In the project there will be evaluated innovative didactic materials for all of 8 professional groups and one manuals for tutors. They will be prepared on the basis of collected data and domestic markets available didactic materials.
There will be selected the subject-matter content and optimal template responding to over-regional or European standards. Training modules will be based on good and proven materials with support of audiovisual background. It will be modified taking into accounts conclusions from made market research on the partners domestic level, experts comments and beneficiaries remarks.
There must be prepared adequate didactic materials in shape of course books including the latest know-how necessary for an employee in a particular job, evaluation of system of exercises in electronic version relevant for any of 8 training modules, prepared set of practical exercises on training test grounds what should significantly make vocational trainings attractive.
Training course will consist of two stages – first one – theoretical knowledge base supported by exercises in electronic versions, second stage – practical exercises on training test grounds or directly on construction sites of selected employers.
Materials prepared in scope of the project will be tested by pilot groups at the project final stage.
