WP2 will provide the Model with strategic orientation about the leading edge practices and relevant Indicators about what and where are efficient and effective methodologies in LLL programs. WP3 will Provide a catalogues of skills and teachers/trainers learning opportunities. WP5 will allowed to test these New Model and provide feed-back from trainers and teachers from all EU Member States and Norway. WP6 will produce a technological platform to that allow interaction with Older Adults trainers and teachers who do not necessary “know in advance what they are searching for”.
The graphic represents the main path that Model conception will follow. It’s expected in First Phase trainers and teachers will performed an "alternative assessment" and scan of their effective competencies, to determine their training needs(re-skill or upper-skill ? ); A Second Phase based in process-orientation: what the teacher/trainer must know and will be able to do? (Taylor-made orientation will provide to teachers an trainers in these stage). A Third Phase will fill the gap between the expected and real needs and knowledge of the trainers/teachers, with specific training modules
Target group TOP + Project it’s target trainers and teachers that wish up-skill or re-skill it’s competencies to better address older adults training need. Under TOP + we consider “older adults” those with more than 45 years old, unemployed, at risk of unemployment or early retirement.
Result The golden result of the Project will be a Multimedia Compendium. The interface and key-documents will be translated in 10 EU Partners Project Languages, and distributed in all 27 Member States (MS) and Norway.

Other relevant outcomes of the Project:
Comparative Study that will produce a framework of knowledge on key-questions concerning lifelong learning in later life. These study also Identification both the ‘best’ innovative lifelong learning programs and ‘worst’ practice, and factors behind them;
Catalogue of Skills and Competencies, made after the analysis the needs of trainers/ teachers;
New training curricula addressing the needs and learning opportunities of trainers, teachers and older adults counsellors;
Identification of new skills and competences for VET teachers, trainers and other learning facilitators;
Definition of a vocational expert profile: a contribution to foster an European standard and certification;
