Marketing Text The target group are unemployed and employed persons in all business fields, who want to gain knowledge in the e-commerce-sector as well as trainers teaching in this sector.
Within this project training materials, training modules, a multinational virtual training firm cooperation, a trainers' manual and a web site were developed. A European certificate was submitted.
The target group are unemployed and employed persons in all business fields, who want to gain knowledge in the e-commerce-sector as well as trainers teaching in this sector.
E-commerce is a fast growing field of business and will be a new field of occupation in the future.
Unemployed as well as employees with basic commercial skills, who are well trained in the e-commerce sector, have better job opportunities. For that reason e-commerce becomes more and more important for adult education and further vocational training. In this \"New-Business-Training-Programme for Disadvantaged\" innovative methods, materials and drafts for learners and teachers will be developed. Disadvantaged, especially women following a maternity leave, get better job opportunities.
Our project partners are well-known institutions as the Institut Arbeit und Wirtschaft (iaw) of the University of Bremen in Germany, the Kaunas University of Technology in Litauen, the enterprise Predika from the Czech Republic, the italien school-center Casa di carità Arti e Mestieri next to Turin, the consulting enterprise Zeus from Patras (Greece), the Careers Service of the University of Zaragoza in Spain, the regional government from Piemont (Italy) and in Austria the center for training firms ACT and the Service for Unemployed in Vienna.
