Marketing Text INNOVET is a Leonardo Da Vinci Program of Transfer of Innovation projects based on the virtual learning of Global INNOVET Study Program and its e-magazines. The project promotes entrepreneurship education. It develops different learning program versions according to the needs of the partners from six different countries: Austria, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania and Turkey. It is coordinated by Helsinki Business College but each member has its own net works. In the net works we find representatives of educational and business organisations, staff members, entrepreneurs and students
The Moodle based Global INNOVET Study Program
is offered in an open learning environments adjusting to different educational situations according to the needs and abilities of target groups. The program is studied in national languages in Moodle versions and some outcomes from six partners are published in e-magazines.
THE STUDENTS AS PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROJECT
The students represent either multi sectoral vocational or business or ICT education . They are doing their studies in basic training, adult education or further training. They can also be recent graduates or apprentices in Entrepreneurship vocational training.
THE ROLE OF ENTERPRISES AND ENTREPRENEURS
The project is participant and enterprise oriented emphasizing local business cultures. The entrepreneurs are welcome to join the project as experts and mentors. for whom the students as their business assistants do surveys and marketing reports in INNOVET partner countries Every entrepreneurs and participant students are like a magnets gathering information and knowledge from SMC environments and implementing this knowledge into visions of multiple possibilities for international cooperation. For students this can mean a new on the job training placement or for the entrepreneurs new business ideas and social networks.
The international and national e-magazines are the main channels of sharing the experiences and understanding about the situation and future trends of SMC entrepreneurship in partner countries and Europe. Students, staff and entrepreneurs participate in editing international and national magazines.
The e- magazines are published in Finnish, German, Hungarian, Italian, Lithuanian and Turkish. The international e-magazine is in English. Every e-magazine has its own editorial board and editor in chief.
Target group The target groups are business, ICT or other students from multi disciplinary vocational education, entrepreneurs representing basic training, students in further training, recently graduated, unemployed or apprentices in Entrepreneurship vocational training in Austria, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania and Turkey
One of the main objectives of this project is to evaluate the learning outcomes of the virtual study of Global INNOVET Study Program including national and international e-magazines. The criteria of the course are based on the national and EU level recommendations of EQF, LLL and ECVET.
To prepare a manual for evaluating on the job learning and skill demonstrations by using the recommendations of ECVET, EQF and LLL has been delimited of this project because of the budget cuttings and the changes in schedule. This project concentrates on researching the Global INNOVET Study Program as a preparatory orientation and training for on-the-job learning.
To prepare a manual for evaluating on of the job learning and skill demonstrations by using the Memorandum of Understanding and recommendations of ECVET (knowledge, skills and competences), EQF and LLL could be the subject for the next Mobility project. The outcomes of the INNOVET could be fully utilized in that project.
Area of application
The Global INNOVET Study Program has the following, in the future important and vital objectives:
• to support and strengthen the practical entrepreneurship education
• to open a platform for active exchanges of innovative ideas and training between entrepreneurs, educational staff and students
• to offer meaningful challenges to entrepreneurs to train their future workers
• to get familiar with EU evaluation criteria based on the documents of EQF (European Qualification Framework) and the Key Competences of the Life Long Learning
• to give to the student trainees a certificate based on the EU Learning Agreement about ECVET credits.
