Title InnoSupportTransfer - Supporting Innovations in SME
Project Number DE/07/LLP-LdV/TOI/147039
Project Type Transfer of Innovation
Marketing Text The Guide to Support Innovations in SMEs is a helpful tool with which managers, R&D staff, students, etc. can quickly orientate themselves in innovation management and decide how to focus their daily work to implement innovations most effectively.
Based on its successful InnoSupport project, InnoSuTra (InnoSupportTransfer) transfered the “Guide to Support Innovations in SMEs” to four more countries (Ireland, Spain, Bulgaria, and Hungary) and make it available in a total of nine languages (English, German, Spanish, Greek, Polish, Latvian, Hungarian, Bulgarian and Romanian).
The guide has been updated and expanded with new topics and pedagogical features to facilitate learning on innovation management. The website www.innosupport.net is enlarged and turned now into an online community on innovation management, allowing users to contribute and share their knowledge. 'Innovation rooms' complete the portal for cooperative learning and online usage of creativity techniques.
Business development is driven by innovation. Innovative products, processes and services are crucial to success in the market. Innovative approaches and structures can improve motivation and results for staff and management. We need to innovate to compete on the market. But do we know how to develop innovations and how to bring them onto the market?
The InnoSuTra project carried on the work of its predecessor project InnoSupport by updating and extending the content of the “Guide to Support Innovations in SMEs”. The chapters of the guide are structured for quick, easy orientation, so users can find information efficiently when they need it.
The guide has been improved by adding more media elements and pedagogical features that support and motivate learning. The chapters include examples, checklists and instructions.
The online community platform enables the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the users by providing:
- ‘Innovation Rooms’ for sharing ideas on how to solve problems within a closed user group
- allowing users to rate and to comment on the provided content as well as to upload own resources (articles, files, links).
The contents are available in English, German, Spanish, Greek, Bulgarian, Hungarian and Latvian.
