Marketing Text L'objectif de ce projet de transfert d'innovation est d'améliorer les normes de qualification développés dans le projet Leonardo da Vinci "Eco-Qualifiez-1" pour un système européen global d'assurance qualité pour la formation continue dans le commerce des aliments biologiques et de la transférer aux pays partenaires participant d'Autriche, Italie, Pays-Bas, la République tchèque et en Allemagne. Il s'agit de s'assurer que les mesures de formation continue dans les différents Etats de l'Union européenne sera effectué au même niveau élevé de qualité.
Summary The vocational training and further education of managers and employees in the organic food retail market is characterized by a multitude of offers and actions on different levels and from different organisation, for which there are currently no quality assurance measures or systems. The objective of this Innovation Transfer Project is to upgrade the qualification standards developed in the Leonardo da Vinci project "Eco-Qualify 1” to a comprehensive European quality assurance system for the further education in organic foods trade and to transfer it to the participating partner countries of Austria, Italy, Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Germany. This is to ensure that the further education measures in the various states of the European Union will be carried out at the same high level of quality. A comprehensive system of quality assurance and certification with internationally comparable criteria as an obligatory and controllable framework shall be installed. Target groups and users are providers of qualification and training, professional associations, businesses, entrepreneurs and employees and other stakeholders in the vocational training of this branch. Results and products are a European and national quality assurance systems for further education in the organic food retailing with certification guidelines and accreditation regulations, license agreement on the award of certificates and prototypes of a quality manual. Training institutions and stakeholders of professional education in the participating countries learn to know the quality assurance system and to implement it in their daily training and education practice.
Description Six partners from Austria, the Czech Republic, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany draw up a comprehensive European quality assurance system for training in food retailing. Subsequently, national versions of the system are adapted in each of the partner institutions and countries. After a final review the final version of the quality system will be presented to the general public and its use will be pushed in the various levels of the concerned branches and partner countries. In long term this should improve the further education and training measures in the different states of the European Union on a high quality level.

Product information The project has started at the end of October 2007. In the first phase the basics for a European Quality Assurance System have been developed. From July to October 2008 the system has been tested in the partner institutions Warmonderhof (NL) and Ökomarkt e.V. (DE). Since the end of 2008 a first version, tested in practice, is available.
