The project develops an innovative guidance method and thereby contributes to improving the quality of voca-tional guidance services in Europe (national and transnational). The result of the project will also be made available for new (innovative) further training to be created for euroguidance counsellors. A further training module on methodological training for distance counselling and virtual guidance with trainer and participant material will be available at the end of the project. The target groups will bei offered the new method through schooling/training opportunities. The project will be provide a guideline for trainers, and technical handouts for participants (student documentation) including above all practical exemples for practice sequences. Examples (discussion guidelines) and alternative discussion behaviour/verbalisation/phrases.
Taking advantage of working meetings of the Network of National Resource Centres for Vocational Guidance the results can be provided in the DE and EN languages, as well as the languages of the project partnership. The project can also be provided on the euroguidance IT platform. The results could also make an initial contribution to a transnational standardised guidance qualification according to a uniform curriculum.
