Product Type procedure for the analysis and prognosis of the vocational training requirement
Key Quality Indicators and Success Factors. Materials , publications, and success stories from the associations, networks, SMEs, universities and research centers will be categorised, analysed, and a list of key success topics will be agreed. These key topics will be defined and will form the structure for sharing experience and including future skills cards and qualification concepts.
A set of quality criteria will be defined against which training courses to be added to the EQN pool will be measured.
The work will result in a study and a white paper for innovation focussing on key topics for success . First topics (deopends on study outcome) could be learning organisations, human resource strategies, quality management, risk management, assessment and improvement strategies, project management, measurement and control, etc.
Target group SMEs und Innovationsmanager, sowie Technologietransfermanager im IT und Service Bereich: Die Ergebnisse werden über 5 führende europäische Konferenzen und EU News Portale (über die beteiligten Journalistennetzwerke) verteilt, und auch in nationalen Vereinigungen verschiedener Länder disseminiert.
A set of quality criteria (against which EQN will audit new occupation profiles, if they can be accredited and integrated into the EQN network) concerning structure, leraning method, type of materials, the underlying learning process, and the use of European education and skills card standards (Bolgna principle and the required modular architecture). Also a first ontology of key topics will be agreed which is then used to structure the online experience library.

As a study to analyse the joint misson of the whole group and to define / analyse future EQN service structures.
