Marketing Text The project comes from the assumption that an individualised qualification offer will especially meet SME needs and will contribute optimal to the development of custom-fit strategies and solutions for pending daily challenges.
Therefore the main objective of the project is the elaboration and testing of a learner-centered and therefore more target group and user orientated learning and teaching material as well as a blended learning concept, which is not longer orientated towards the structure of a classical curricular, but towards the individual needs and interests of each student.
As to understand the actual needs of SME they were interviewed. With regard to the servey results, the learning concept was adapted.
Further more recommendations for country specific certification models were developed in regard of the survey results. Closing a business and transfer model was presented.
Crucial for the project success was the development of a system, which supported learners in cooperation with trainers to generate an individual learning path, i. e. to identify the individual learning need and to assemble relevant learning contents. Within this concept the trainer becomes a manager of the learning process and supports the learner according to his/her needs.
The social aspect of learning is concidered in the learning teams and online communication tools.
To meet the projects demand, a learning environment is necessary which meets the learner centred concept and country specific requirements. An Internet portal was developed, which was subdevided in 3 country portals (DE, SE, HU). Trainings were offered online whithin the country portals, which were interlinked as to open the possibility to learners to change in between.
The focus in respect of content was orientated towards SME training needs in the field of e-business, as in this field especially SME still show great training needs.
Due to the novelty ot this approach recommendatios for certification moduls, which take account of the learner centred and path depending learning concept as well as country specific conditions, were developed.
The country specific learning protals are used within further education. Target group are owners of SMEs whom are interesed in E-Business.
