Marketing Text The learning portal is a learning community and offers qualification regarding "e-business". Interested person can gain an overview of offered learning contents, can get registered as participant and can use learning contents and participate in learning teams.
A learning portal is subdevided in 3 country portals (DE, SV, HU + demo version in EN), which meet the requirements of a lerner centered, path depending qualification concept and which offers qualification in the field of E-Business for SME.
Access to learning content is managed via user profiles. While getting registered, each participant indicates his/her learning interests and receives - due to content tagging - a list of suggestions. Logged in to the portal each participant has access to each learning content and can manage his/her learning path. New articles which meet a profile will be suggested likewise and also the trainer can suggest articles to learners. This way a learner has an easy entrance and can concentrate on interesting learning contents right from the start. In the course of the qualification participants can adjust and modify their learning path.

The portal is the technical frame and basis for the path depending, learner centered blended learning concept. Registered participants have access to a short description of learning material, learning material, learning teams and consequently the possibility to use different forms of learning: self organised learning, learning in teams, support by a trainer, participation in face-to-face training.
The portal is now used within the project: MÜKE - Münsterländer Kompetenzzentrum für den elektronischen Geschäftsverkehr which is supported with funds of the Federal Ministriy of Education and Research and of the European Social Funds of the European Union.

Transfer to other target groups and contents is possible, due to the modulare structure of the learning portal as well as the associated content management system.
