Summary The project is a contribution to increase the professional, social and intercultural competences of the beneficiaries with the aim to let the competences flow into the professonal fields of school, economie and tourism. The beneficiaries are students of IT-sciences and nutrition. 9 stdents of the \\\\\\\"Berufspädagogische Akademie in Graz\\\\\\\" and hotels in Italy, Germany, UK and the \\\\\\\"Wirtschaftskammer Steiermark\\\\\\\" take part of the project. In the forefield of the practical work in the hotels the beneficiaries have to develop methods to examine questions about employee motivation (profiles of the enterprises, health support) in the partner-enterprises. Abroad the students make the surveys und when the come back they evaluate. The planed supply is between 3 and 6 month. The time of the project-work is according to the time of the professional practics the students have to do at the BPA. The results of the surveys should be the base on which the students create teaching-materials in electronical form and brochures, which are from interest for teachers in tourism und IT. The \\\\\\\"Wirtschaftskammer Steiermark\\\\\\\" will support this. Die partnership with the Wirtschaftskammer Steiermark shall make possible the embedding of the international experiences into regional circumstances. The presentations of the project shall be within events of the Wirtschaftskammer and at the Berufspädagogische Akademie in Graz. Invited will be representatives of economy, the school controlers, representatives of the medias, students and teachers of the BPA Graz.
