This module gives the participants a new insight into gastronomy by dealing with innovations, trends and new technologies of European countries.
The participants get to know the differences between the European regional cuisine and also the innovations of the local cuisine in the different countries. In the module "New trends" creative cooking and working is learned aiming to get to know new trends. In the module "Healthy cuisine" the advanages of healthy cooking are pointed out.
