Summary The aim of the project is to set up an European, industry orientated master study course (Master in Engineering) for a profound knowledge transfer in the field of numerical simulation. The study course „Master of Engineering in Applied Computational Mechanics“ will be offered in parallel to the regular work with a duration of 3 semesters plus the master thesis. A high quality of education shall be achieved by calling first class experts from universities and industry from all over Europe as lecturers.

The German Master Course was accreditated.
The products are used in the Master of Applied Computational Mechanics which started in September 2005. They were applied in the courses developped in the partner countries Italy, Poland, Czech Republic and Turkey as well.
Several positive expert statements from industry and science were given for the Master of Applied Computational Mechanics.
Further Master Courses always start in the winter term and are held at the Universities of Applied Science in Ingolstadt and Landshut.
