Marketing Text L'objectif principal est d'accroître l'employabilité des jeunes gens qui ont perdu leurs parents à Van (a cause du tremblement de terre en 2011, Turquie) en offrant une éducation et des formations professionnelle dans la production d'électricité solaire sur la base et l'inclusion aux ressources humaines du secteur énergétique.
"Hope Seeds" project is oriented towards young people who are having education in technical and administrative fields as candidates to be employed in electricity sector and who lost their relatives in earthquake lived in Van city that many of our citizens lost their lives and many of them became homeless.
The most painful result of Van City Earthquake (2011) is to bury many of our citizens to our hearts. While lots of young people lost their lives in this painful earthquake, unfortunately most of our young people who had chance to live lost their families. Naturally, to be father/mother for especially children who lost their mothers and/or fathers is state's duty. Our ministry who is assigned to this duty does not notice just only bandaging their daily wounds. To release all resources for presenting a better future to them is undertaken as a duty by our Ministry.
Educative opportunities in this region demonstrates a significant progress depending on education institutions' number and quality such as 100. year university in the first instance. However, the most important obstacle of the region is being seen that inability of employment support to these educative opportunities. Young people in region have no ability to base their educations on right career planning.
It is evaluated that the most important obstacle of energy sector whose importance is gradually appears in recent times, is the deficiency of qualified human resources. According to the survey studies of our project partner VAN Governorship, the most efficient employment field in front of us is solar electricity generation plants that although has no much progress in Turkey yet but licence applications will be accepted in 2013 is being expressed by EMRA.
At the end of this project, 100 young people includes 25 disables had vocational education in subjects of maintenance and management of solar power plants.
Project started on 27th of December 2012 and ended at 30th of May 2014. The project with totally 18 months duration was implemented with 4 flows of 25 number groups. In every flow there were 4 disabled and 21 no-disabled student took place. Thus, there were 8 companions in every flow. While ETN Managment was taking place in project as hosting partner in İtaly, VAN Governorship implemented monitoring, evaluation and career planning studies.
