Inkompetenz der Kommunikationsfähigkeit steht als eine unsichtbare Barriere in Freizügigkeit. Eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der Englischensprache ermöglichen den Akademischen Kräfte für die wissenschaftliche Forschung die Freizügigkeit. In diesem Rahmen, strebt RealEnglish mit der professionellen Entwicklung “live online Sprachlernen” Entwicklung der online Kommunikationsplatform der Englischen Sprache an. Diese Kompetenz wird den Akademischen Kraft sowohl bei der wissenschaftlichen Forschung als auch bei der internationalen Seminaren Wettbewerbsfähigkeit gewährleisten.Außerdem, mit der Entwicklung der RealEnglish Web-Platform wurde die Sprechfertigkeit in der Realsituationen, Hörfertigkeit, Lesefertigkeit und Schreibfertigkeit unterstützt.
The desire to learn English and the range of teaching it have been scaled up due to the fact that it is the language which is spoken almost all over the World. English is making progress towards being the second language of all the countries. Because it is the language being used in a wide range of areas such as economics, social sciences, education, academics, art, science and technology.
Recently linguists, especially those who follow Hymes in English Teaching, have suggested that the nature of the language can’t be explained by the concepts of performance and competence put forth by Chomsky and that a third concept called Communicative Competence ought to be added to these (Demirel, 2011).
Within the English Proficiency Index, Turkey has been 43rd out of 44 countries, falling behind countries like Chile, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. 44th country is Kazakhstan. This study has been carried out by a globally prominent private education company called Education First.
Improvements in information and communication technologies allow opportunities for reconstructing education of speaking English. The main goal of RealEnglish Project is to improve the English-speaking proficiency of academic staff through vocational education by means of distance education and teaching, and computer-assisted teaching applications. It is essential for academic staff to listen efficiently, read critically, analyses, interpret, write academically, report, speak and present in English. RealEnglish will be of content that will contribute to participation of academic staff to international conferences, their reading academic articles and their following other academic studies throughout the world.
Via this project;
Minimizing the problems stemming from the lack of present materials for speaking skills,
Academic staff’s comprehending and actively using English’s operational functions in seminars, congresses and academic studies,
Preparing online activities for speaking and listening in English and pronunciation proficiency directed at improving academic staff’s Communicational Skills in English have been aimed.
The project consortium comprises Szamalk Post-Secondary Vocational School (European Level VET Higher Institution- core partner from Hungary), Sky Management from UK (English Summer School Organizer for specific learners such as lawyers, police officers, doctors), Coventry University from UK, Karabük University Iron & Steel Institute, BPM Srl, Aksaray University School of Foreign Languages, Kastamonu University and Telematic University “Leonardo Da Vinci" from Italy.
The outcomes of the project will be available to Academic Personnel as a computer-based learning tool since all project products will be uploaded on the RealEnglish web-site.
Description RealEnglish project approach will provides academic personnel, who try to improve their English communicative skills for private or professional reasons, the opportunity to learn from the comfort of their homes or offices without the loss of time incurred in cost-intensive traveling to a traditional classroom. Access to language tuition is facilitated and language learning by qualified online native speakers is enhanced through learner orientated, communicative and ‘live’ lessons.

- Access of education to related academicians who needs vocational training in the field of Communicative English Language will be improved.
- Curriculum, interactive web page and digital media will be developed.
- Development and implementation of innovative practices related to acquiring adequate vocational language skills in the field of vocational education and training will be promoted.
