Marketing Text Ce projet réside dans une expérience réussie consistant à fournir une assistance technique et une aide à la création d’entreprises, le prêt d’honneur de la Région Marche (Italie). Ce modèle a été définit innovateur pour son approche visant à soutenir l’entrepreneuriat dans les secteurs publics et privés, y compris les institutions financières. Le projet INVESTinGREEN vise à reprendre ce modèle pour l’appliquer aux entreprises “green” ou à rendre “green” leurs processus organisationnels et/ou liés à la production.
INVESTinGREEN addressed the issue of creating new companies and job skills in green economy, focusing on the work of employment services and training providers in the area of skills assessment, profiling processes, vocational guidance, training delivery, counselling.
The project replied to the national and EU exigency of creating new jobs opportunities and anticipating new skills, in relation to the heavy consequences of economic crisis in terms of closures of businesses and an increasing unemployment rate. It pursued the following objectives:
- Improve the quality of VET systems & employment services,by transferring a successful methodology (Prestito d’Onore- Marche Region), services and practices to improve and support VET and Employment services systems in startup and self-employment in green economy.
- To transfer and diffuse within the concerned territories (Italy, Spain, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania) a model of VET services to develop entrepreneurial soft skills in green sector and greening entrepreneurial skills ,by strengthening the network between public and private actors as VET institutions,companies and social parts, credit institutes and policy makers all over Europe to improve and reinforce the start-up development.
Partners were representative of the Triple Helix concept, which represented the "fil rouge" of INVESTinGREEN which identified 3 different kinds of organizations, each one dealing with the common problems and challenges from a different points of view and each one playing a different role within project development: 1)Public Authorities as the Province of Perugia, Marche Region & Murcia Municipality with competences in Training & LM policies definition and PES management;2)Business Support Actors (as SATEAN found., School of Management Adam Smith, Italia Forma) 3)Research Entities/Training Centers of Social parts like Companies and workers of tertiary (ITER, SSCTSP,INE/GSEE).
The transfer was made of three components:(1)Pilot Action learning for PES and VET operators and trainers on instruments implementation,(2)experimentation &testing INVESTinGREEN model by training sessions and counseling for potential green entrepreneurs;(3)Transfer’s seminars on the results of implementation and final validation with relevant stakeholder.
These components have been experimented and tested within 4 different contexts (Center &North Italy,South East Romania &South Spain)and transferred in six contexts (Center&North IT, Romania, Greece, Spain & Bulgaria),supporting the creation of stable Networks of professionals and stakeholders which represent a key factor for sustainability and impact strategies.Consortium was involving key public authorities in transfer contexts,experienced VET organisations, social partners.This composition has ease the transfer process and the expected impact on local, national and EU level, allowing a large scale involvement of relevant stakeholders durable effects on markets and intermediate and final beneficiaries.

Main Products were: -Report on the analysis on competencies’ need for the green start-ups in receiving contexts; - Dictionary of the competencies of the key actors' profile such as the PES Operators and other business supporters;- Report of comparative analysis on profiles and skills necessary to develop green businesses;
-Summary document of the financial requirements needed by the start-ups; Common guidelines to implement INVESTINGREEN MODEL; PILOT LEARNING ACTIONS; TRANSFER SEMINARS
